Dave Rosen

Partner / AIA, LEED AP
In 1986, Dave Rosen started the firm that has become Rosen Kelly Conway with the goal of developing the best team of architects and support staff, so they could produce the best designs for their clients. Dave's greatest strengths are his empathy for the needs of the firm's clients and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the firm's architectural work. Dave has served on many local nonprofit boards and greatly enjoys serving as a Trustee of the Chautauqua Institution.

Jack Kelly

Partner / AIA, LEED AP
With over 38 years of high-end residential and commercial experience, Jack provides a clear direction for his own projects and our entire team at Rosen Kelly Conway. He heads our Business Operations while managing our Quality Control. Jack currently is active on the Board of Trustees of Summit Conservancy.

Tom Conway

Partner / AIA, LEED AP
Tom has 35 years of diverse experience creating fine modern commercial and residential architecture and preserving historic buildings. Trained as an artist, his innovative work is infused with light – he approaches design holistically inspired by environment, context and sense of place. An advocate of regional planning, he serves as Chairman of the Summit Historic Preservation Commission. Additionally Tom is a restauranteur and owns a local French bistro.
