    At Rosen Kelly Conway Architecture & Design we approach our projects seeking a comprehensive understanding of context and challenges, while creating innovative solutions. Throughout the region, we bring an extensive background of experience in a diverse portfolio of projects. With a deep knowledge of complex zoning restrictions and regulations, our work respects historic patterns while envisioning a modern solution. With a creative approach to all aspects of planning we work with our clients, consultants, and contractors to conceive and execute high quality design on any budget.

    John Cortese

    John Cortese Associate Partner

    John has 20 years of experience with our firm working on a wide variety of projects while focusing his experience on building styles in the region. A master of complexity in design, structure, and organization he is entrusted to lead our studio. John works to guide our staff on blending the unique needs of each client with high quality design and solutions.

    Since graduating from Rutgers University, Jessica has been pursuing her dreams of architecture. She has found her niche in residential design and loves transforming spaces into sanctuaries.

    Nicholas Giuliano

    Nicholas Giuliano Architect

    Nick is an architect with a passion for design that bridges aesthetics, context, pragmatism, and user needs. He has been involved with a variety of project types including hotels, restaurants, health and wellness clubs, and private residences. He enjoys practicing architecture with a bespoke approach, individually tailoring each project he undertakes to create truly unique spaces. He holds a professional degree in architecture, and is a registered architect.

    Shana Goldner

    Shana Goldner Interior Designer

    Before joining the interiors team at RKCAD, Shana has worked in various facets of the design industry as a color consultant, table top photo stylist, kitchen and bath designer. Confident and qualified, she took lead as editor of HuffPost Home. She strives to create beautiful and functional spaces that embody our clients eventful lives.

    Cheryl Micewicz

    Cheryl Micewicz Administrative Assistant

    Cheryl has over 25 years of administrative experience. Before joining us, she honed her skills for Copyrights America, Ltd. and 13 years at Oakleigh Interiors assisting 11 designers. She loves administrative work, and is patient with creative staff.
    Garrett Rowe

    Garrett Rowe Architectural Drafter

    Garrett graduated from Temple University and is pursuing his goal of becoming a licensed architect. His passion is to not only to change the way people interact with architecture but also using architecture to create a healthier world for the people of today and tomorrow.

    Michelle enjoys exploring the ways design can influence our everyday lives. Since graduating Kean University, Michelle brings with her the knowledge gained from working on a variety of projects. Focused and detailed oriented, Michelle continues to employ creative and technical solutions to add character and personality in every space.
